Don’t expect to love everything you make right off the bat.  You’ll win some + lose some!  Substitute as your heart desires, and be sure to step out of your comfort zone trying new foods, superfoods, herbs, etc!

One Sexy Smoothie

This little Smoothie Lover was made from rounding up the best of what was in my fridge + garden at the time.  It was dreamy good, and kinda sexy ya?  I used watermelon here, however this can be substituted for frozen mango, raspberries, pineapple or strawberries.  Whatever fruit suits your fancy!  On the Nutrition Scale, this would be a bone-a-fide 10 out of 10 and is also a favourite of the kiddos!

  • 3 / 4 Fruit of Choice (Watermelon, Frozen Mango, Berries, Pineapple)
  • Small Handful of Sprouts (Particularly beneficial for my baby-making friends)
  • 1 TBSP Fresh Mint (Optional)
  • 1/3 Cucumber (Peeled)
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • Fresh Lemon Juice – to taste 
  • 1 – 2 tsp Bee Pollen (Optional but Sensational!)
  • 1+ TBSP Hemp Seeds (Optional)
  • Blend.  Guzzle.  Soar.

Candice Kumai – Clean Green Drinks 

While the title says it all, it is FULL of stunning, health-full green juice + smoothie inspiration.

  • 1 C Coconut Water (or water)
  • 4 C Leafy Greens (I love Spinach)
  • 3/4 Apple or Pear OR 3/4 C Strawberries
  • 1 tsp Spirulina
  • 1 – 2 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice – to taste
  • 1 C Ice
  • Easy Upgrade: 1 TBSP Coconut Oil / 1 TBSP Hemp Seeds
