Holistic Food Introductions eBook Guide

quotemarks Lisa is an incredibly knowledgeable and truly authentic Mama + Nutritionist who delivers her message with passion and fact. Her non-judgemental, sincere, and kind-hearted demeanor make learning from her an absolute joy. She makes the nitty gritty of nutrition feel totally accessible and do-able – very much appreciated as a busy mom of 2!  I would highly recommend her services to any mama / family and I look forward to connecting with her again in the future.

Stephanie, Mama of 2 ~

quotemarks Lisa’s workshops are gentle, encouraging, and very educational.  She offers an informative session that would suit any mom, choosing any style of introductory feeding method. Lisa’s passion for raising healthy babies is beautiful, and her love for what she does is inspiring.  I left her home and her company feeling grateful and nourished.

Amanda Selmser, Mama of 2 ~

quotemarks Lisa’s class was extremely useful and beautifully done; she really, really knows her stuff about infant nutrition and health, and manages to deliver factual information in a wonderfully inclusive and engaging manner. She does an incredible job engaging the entire group in meaningful discussions without seeming preachy or pushy.  Lisa’s home and personality were so inviting; it was a privilege to meet her face to face.  She very much cares about each Mother + Baby and I personally felt appreciated when she inquired about our specific journey thus far.  I whole-heartedly suggest this class to other moms!!

quotemarks Lisa, you are truly a nurturer and I felt so safe in your home, and that I could confidently trust in your wisdom. You are very gifted in your passion and I know many Mamas will be blessed by you!

Lena, First Time Mom ~

quotemarks I went into this course with some fear my daughter was not getting enough nutrition from my breastmilk and have struggled with believing in my body to properly feed her. This course absolutely prepared me for solid food introduction however I also left with a fresh confidence in learning about how to nourish my own body as a nursing mom.  For me Lisa lifted the pressure of perfection in such a welcoming way.  I highly recommend this course!

quotemarks With my second baby I was looking for more knowledge, more confidence, more guidance. Lisa gave that to me. Our workshop was a very diverse group of moms all with unique questions and perspectives. I felt each inquiry was mindfully addressed and discussed, and it was not just a textbook answer for us.  Lisa made sure each family’s specific dietary needs were highlighted – this was not only thoughtful but also very interesting to see how different nutrition plans can be made to fit your baby’s new diet.

I was amazed to see how knowledgeable Lisa was regarding each diet restriction and food preference mentioned in the group.  I would without hesitation recommend Lisa’s expertise on nutrition for Moms+ Babies. The resources and learning I took home will without-a-doubt be my go-to guide from here forward.

Nicole, Mama of 2 ~

quotemarks My baby was approaching six months old but I was pretty clueless about what to give her, or when.  The traditional information I was getting from the doctor just didn’t sit right with me and as a person with a history of autoimmune diseases in my family, I wanted to make sure I was setting my baby up to get the healthiest start (and gut!) possible.  I attended one of Lisa’s wonderful, nonjudgemental, and easy to understand seminars.  After leaving I felt well equipped to start introducing solids and like I had a caring and supportive resource to work with along this journey.  Lisa presents information in an easy to understand way and she has really done her research, making me feel very confident going forward.

quotemarks Lisa is a wonderful resource for mamas looking for ways to be more informed starting the sometimes worrisome transition into solids.  After experiencing many food allergies with our first, I was looking for someone to bring additional information as well as insight as to how we navigate solids with our second.  I recommend this course to all my mom friends!  Great information, non-judgemental platform, and loads of incredible recipes.
